Will the Canada Post strike affect my order/shipment?
Due to ongoing Canada Post strike, deliveries may take longer to arrive. But we have partnered with other carriers to make sure deliveries are still possible and we will do our best to get your purchase out as soon as possible.

What's your refund policy on print orders?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for print orders at this time. Each print is made to order.
My print is damaged... What's your policy?
Each print is printed with a border so that the image is protected (and it makes mounting easier) but if there is damage that extends into the artwork please send us an email and images of the work and we'll work with you to resolve the matter.
I can no longer attend the class I signed up for.... What are my options?
Unfortunately all classes and workshops are final sale. However, they are transferrable so you can offer up your spot to someone else.
I bought some original art, when can I pick it up?
All original art purchased from our gallery exhibitions can be picked up after the show is over. We will contact you once they are available for pick up. If you need the item(s) to be shipped, please shoot us a message and we'll make those arrangements with you.
Do you sell gift cards?

What are your business hours?
We're open 12:00 - 6:00 PM from Tuesday to Sundays.
Where are you located?
We're located at 420 Roncesvalles Avenue. Just north of Howard Park on the west side.
