Once payment is confirmed, so is your vendor spot. We will follow up and send over additional details regarding load in/out instructions, as well as marketing material you can use to promote your participation in the Holiday Market.
What Comes With Your Vendor Spot?
- Each vendor spot comes with 1 (one) 6ft table and 2 (two) folding chairs. Please bring your own linens and table decor. We want to keep the aesthetics as unique and presentable as possible.
- We will do our absolute best to accommodate any special requirements you have for your table set up as outlined in your application (extra displays, signage, clothing rack, access to power, etc…).
- There is wifi available onsite as well as bathroom facilities
- If you’re doing both weekend days with us, you’re welcome to leave your table setup overnight on Saturday.
** Our policy is that the vendor fees are non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected situations happen, so please reach out if something comes up and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
