Join us for a Lino Cut workshop with Yoana V., a local artist and printmaker. During the workshop. you will learn how to design, carve, ink, and create your own linocut prints. This guided workshop is designed for participants age 16+ at any level of artistic skill. We will go over vocabulary, techniques, materials, and safety before diving into creating your own lino block stamp! Each participant will get a chance to carve and print a 6x4 inch black and white print. At the end of the two hour workshop, you will be able to take home several black and white prints of your making, as well as your custom lino block and the know-how to make many more!
Location: Northern Contemporary Gallery (420 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto ON)
Max Class Size: 15 people
Cost: $65 per participant (16+)
** All classes are final sale and non-refundable once we've reached the minimum number of registrants required to run the class. However, they are transferrable to someone else if you are no longer able to attend the class.
